Early Life Group at Handforth Grange Primary School is proud to announce its affiliation with the Cheshire East Family Hub network.

Family Hubs provide vital support for children and young people from birth to 19 years old — and up to 25 for those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). By becoming part of this network, Early Life Handforth joins a broader community of services dedicated to helping families grow and thrive.

Handforth Grange Early Life Group offers a welcoming and supportive space for local families with young children. The group provides a range of early years activities that promote learning through play, social development, and positive parenting – provided for free in a friendly, accessible environment.

As part of the Family Hub offer, Early Life Handforth will appear on Cheshire East’s official list of services, making it easier for local families to access the support they need. This affliiation marks an exciting step forward and reflects Early Life Handforth’s ongoing commitment to providing inclusive, high-quality services for families across the community.
